Forum of Labour Market Ministers
This forum sponsors the Work Destinations website, a Guide to Work and Relocation in Canada, and is composed of provincial and territorial ministers, and the federal minister responsible for the labour market. Its role is to promote discussion and cooperation on labour market matters;
The Council of Ministers of Education (CMEC)
This is a national body for provincial ministers to consult, act and cooperate with national education organizations and the federal government) is cooperating with Forum of Labour Market Ministers (FLMM). CMEC established The Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC) which collects, organizes, and distributes information, and acts as a national clearing house and referral service to support the recognition and portability of Canadian and international educational and occupational qualifications.
